Booking
To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total package price
- Between 15-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package price
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total package price
Changes to Bookings
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your Jim Corbett holiday. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay.
